What MAXBONUS actually does

It tags your account as having come from a referral route, and the thing attached to that route is rakeback. Moon hands back 3.5% of the fees your account pays, on winning and losing bets alike.

Fees. Not deposits, not your wager, not your losses. If you pay a ten dollar opening fee, the rakeback on it is thirty five cents. That is the whole mechanism, and it is worth knowing before somebody sells you the 3.5% as if it were a return on your money.

It still adds up if you bet often, because it comes off every fee rather than off winners only. It is a discount on friction, and friction is the one thing on this platform you are guaranteed to generate.

On activation, Moon says referral accounts are normally switched on automatically, and Bronze VIP gets you a manager who does it manually. We opened an account through this link in September 2026 and it was already active on first login, before we placed anything. One account, so check your own panel rather than taking our word for it.

What it does not do

Everything above is the good news. Here is the rest of it.

  • It is not a deposit match. There is no free hundred dollars waiting behind it.
  • It pays on fees, not on wagers, exposure or losses. Anyone quoting you 3.5% of your stake has not read the Help Centre.
  • It does not touch the house edge, which Moon builds into the price it quotes you and states in its own terms is separate from the fees. Rakeback rebates fees. The edge is not a fee.
  • It does not change who is allowed to sign up. Age limits, ID checks and Moon’s prohibited-country list apply whichever link you arrived on.
  • It is a referral tag, not a coupon field. There is nowhere at registration to paste it, which is why the link matters more than the eight characters do.

How to use MAXBONUS

  1. Open Moon.com through the MAXBONUS referral route

The link here is moon.com/?c=MAXBONUS&offer=maxbonus. Moon's own materials describe a referral route rather than a coupon field at checkout, so opening the correct link is the step that matters.

Checked 3 September 2026. The landing page will not tell you the code registered. It looks identical either way, which is annoying but true.

  2. Register and complete identity verification

Email first, then a government ID, front and back, plus a proof of address. You verify before you deposit and you get approved before you withdraw. Do it while you are bored rather than while you are trying to cash out.

One account per person unless Moon says otherwise in writing.

  3. Check the rakeback panel at Account > VIP > Rakeback

This is the only screen that settles it. Ours said active on first login, before we placed anything and without emailing anyone. If yours does not say active, message Support rather than placing bets and hoping.

One account, September 2026. Moon says referral accounts are normally activated automatically, and normally is not always.

  4. Read the fee schedule before your first wager

Rakeback comes off fees, so the fee schedule decides how much you actually get. A 1% opening fee, a holding fee every 8 hours at a rate nobody publishes, a performance fee of at least 10% on profit, and a house edge on top of all of it.

Full arithmetic on the fees page. It is smaller than 3.5% sounds.

Rakeback is a share of fees, so this calculator only takes fees. Enter the fees you have actually paid, and the share of them you believe qualifies. It does not estimate winnings, losses or a return, and it does not calculate 3.5% of a deposit, wager or leveraged position.

Figures are unit-free, so use whatever currency your fees are in. Moon does not publish a fixed holding-fee rate and we have not proved which individual fee types count, so this is arithmetic, not a quote.

What Moon.com is

Moon.com is a market-price wagering platform where users bet Up or Down on referenced asset prices. It is not MoonPay, it is not Pay with Moon, and it is not an exchange where users own the underlying asset.

Moon’s terms describe the products as entertainment and gaming products offered for recreational use, and state explicitly that they are not investment, trading, brokerage or advisory services, and that bets are not securities. The same terms state that Moon.com acts as the House, the principal counterparty to every bet, with a direct financial interest in the outcome of every bet.

Moon documents leverage of up to 1000x, a max-loss price shown on the chart, and a rule that a bet closes automatically at that price. Prices reference third-party market data feeds, and Moon states it does not create or manipulate prices.

Longer explanations:every feature the code covers, how Moon.com works, leverage and the max-loss price, the fee schedule, andwhy Moon.com is not MoonPay.

Before you register

Check availability before you register. Moon.com’s terms, dated15 July 2026, name 44 prohibited jurisdictions, including Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium and Brazil, plus any territory where Moon does not hold a required licence.

See the full list and what it means. List last checked3 September 2026. A country missing from the list is not confirmed as approved.

18+ or the higher legal age where you are located. Availability restrictions apply. Moon.com offers high-risk leveraged wagering and the full wager can be lost rapidly.

Moon.com documents leverage of up to 1000x. In Moon’s own example, a 0.1% adverse move against a 1000x position is enough to lose the entire wager, at which point the bet is closed automatically. The wager is the maximum loss on that bet, and the account balance cannot go below zero.

How leverage and the max-loss price work ·Responsible play

Read this before you register: responsible play.

  • You are 18 or older, or older still if the law where you are sets a higher minimum.
  • You have checked Moon’s prohibited-jurisdiction list. Using a VPN, a proxy, a false address or a nominee to get around it is a material breach of Moon’s terms.
  • You can complete identity verification, because withdrawal depends on approval.
  • You are comfortable that deposits are cryptocurrency only.
  • You have read the fee schedule, including the holding fee, which Moon does not publish as a fixed percentage.
  • You are treating the whole wager as money you can lose, because at high leverage a very small adverse move is enough to lose it.

Moon documents a Play Money mode with a simulated balance and unlimited refills. What Play Money does and does not show you. Also worth reading before you start: what verification asks for,the prohibited-country list andhow to set limits.

Why believe any of this

Most pages about MAXBONUS were written by somebody who has never seen the inside of a Moon account. You can tell, because they all quote the same 3.5% and none of them mention that the fee it comes off is often about ten dollars.

We signed up through the link, cleared ID checks, paid fees and watched a credit land. Where we only have Moon’s word for something, we say so in the sentence rather than burying it. Where we have not checked something, we say nothing at all, which is the part most code pages find impossible.

We also get paid if you register through the link, and that is exactly why the fee arithmetic here is unflattering rather than absent. The full commercial arrangement andhow corrections work.

Nothing to do with fees

We built a game. You fly a snubfighter down a trench at a moon made of cheese, dodging debris, and it has no promo code in it anywhere. It lives inthe dark side of the moon, which is where everything not about fee schedules ended up.

Questions people actually ask

What is the Moon.com promo code?

MAXBONUS. There is no coupon box to paste it into, so what actually matters is opening Moon through the referral link and then checking the rakeback panel once you are in.

Is the Moon.com referral code the same as a bonus code or sign-up code?

Same thing, different words. Moon has no deposit-match bonus at all, so whatever you call MAXBONUS, what it does is switch on rakeback.

What does MAXBONUS actually give you?

3.5% of the fees your account pays, back in your account. The fees come from opening a wager, holding one past 8 hours, and closing in profit. Read that again: fees. Not your deposit, not your wager, not your exposure, not your losses.

Is the 3.5% paid on every bet?

It applies to winners and losers alike, which is genuinely useful. But it is a slice of the fee, so a bet that generates no fee generates nothing.

Has this code been tested in a real account?

Yes. We opened an account through the link in September 2026, cleared ID checks, paid fees and saw rakeback credited. Rakeback was already active on first login without contacting anyone. That is one account and one point in time, not a promise about yours.

Where do you enter the code?

Nowhere, mostly. The code rides along in the link as a URL parameter. If registration does show you a referral field, type MAXBONUS exactly. Then check Account > VIP > Rakeback, which is the only screen that settles it.

Can I add the code after signing up?

We do not know, and neither does anyone claiming otherwise, because Moon publishes no retroactive process. Support can switch rakeback on for an account that came through an affiliate, so asking them is the only route worth trying. Open the account through the link and you skip the question.

Is Moon.com available in my country?

Moon lists 44 prohibited jurisdictions, and the list is not short of large ones: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, South Africa and Ontario are all on it. Not being named is not the same as being allowed, because the terms also exclude anywhere Moon lacks a licence. Read the list before you get attached to the idea.

Do I need identity verification?

Yes. ID goes in before you can deposit and has to be approved before you can withdraw. Deposits are cryptocurrency only. Do the paperwork on a quiet evening rather than the day you want your money out.

Is this an investment product?

No, and Moon says so itself. The terms call it entertainment and gaming, state that bets are not securities, and describe Moon as the House and the counterparty to every bet you place. It has charts and leverage and it is still a bet against the house.
